Constant Valley Current Control Strategy for Active Clamp Flyback DC-DC Converter

摘要: 高效、高功率密度是减小开关电源尺寸的关键。有源箝位反激(ACF)变换器的结构简单,可实现软开关控制,是高功率密度隔离型DC-DC变换器的主流变换器。通过对ACF变换器工作原理及其软开关过程的详细分析,提出了一种基于固定谷值电流的控制策略,搭配动态死区时间控制实现全负载范围软开关。搭建了45 W仿真模型,仿真结果证明了控制策略的有效性。

Abstract: High efficiency and high power density is critical to reduce the size of switching power. The active clamp flyback (ACF) converter is the mainstream converter for high power density isolated DC-DC converter due to the simple structure and soft switching control. Through the detailed analysis of the operating principle of the ACF converter and its soft switching process, a control strategy based on fixed valley current with dynamic dead time control is proposed to achieve full-load range soft switching. A 45 W simulation model is built, and the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the control strategy.
