基于DM8168和CPCI接口的音视频处理板卡设计

The Design of Audio-Video Processing Board Based on DM8168 and CPCI Interface

摘要: 为了实现对音视频信号的采集、编码、解码、存储与传输,同时也为了满足整机系统的模块化设计要求,设计并实现了一种CPCI接口的3U音视频处理板卡。硬件方面,它以TI公司的达芬奇系列芯片DM8168为核心处理器,通过一个3U规格的CPCI板卡,将SDI高清视频、CVBS标清视频、音频信号的采集处理和千兆以太网、USB接口、SATA接口等功能集成到一起。软件方面,则通过运行于DM8168之上的嵌入式Linux操作系统,实现音视频的采集、H.264、G.711压缩解压缩算法、TCP/IP传输协议等功能。经过使用测试,本音视频处理板卡满足了两路视频数据采集、H.264编码、存储和千兆网传输等要求,也达到了整机系统的模块化设计要求。

Abstract: In order to achieve the audio signal acquisition,encoding,decoding,storage and transmission,and meet the modular design requirements of the whole system,the paper designed and implemented a CPCI interface 3U audio and video processing board.In terms of the hardware,it used the TI company's DaVinci chip DM8168 as the core processor.Through a 3U standard CPCI board,the SDI HD video,CVBS standard video,audio signal acquisition and processing and Gigabit Ethernet,USB interface,SATA interface and other functions are integrated.In terms of the software,the audio and video collection,H.264,G.711 compression and decompression algorithm,TCP/IP transmission protocol and other functions are realized by the embedded Linux operating system running on DM8168.After practical test,the audio and video processing board has completed two video data acquisition,H.264 encoding,storage and Gigabit Ethernet transmission and other requirements.In addition,ithasreached the whole system ofmodular design requirements.
