摘要: 针对需求量日益增高的无刷电动工具控制器,结合当前主流设计要求,设计了一种基于AiP8F7232微控制器的无刷电动工具控制器设计方案。该设计在硬件架构设计上充分结合AiP8F7232微控制器电机专用外设特点,简洁高效、集成度高。软件架构上针对电动工具应用特点,设计了电机驱动控制策略,控制器保护策略,功能完整度高。通过实验验证,所设计的控制器运行时电机起动无反转,闭环加速时间小于100 ms、中速段运行平稳、高速满载全功率800 W输出时工况稳定,满足无刷电动工具的使用要求。

Abstract: In response to the increasingly high demand for brushless electric tool controllers, combined with the current mainstream design requirements, a new design scheme based on the AiP8F7232 microcontroller has been proposed. In the design of the hardware architecture, this scheme fully combines the characteristics of the special peripherals for motors of the AiP8F7232 microcontroller, being concise, efficient and highly integrated. For the software architecture, considering the application features of electric tools, motor drive control and controller protection strategies are designed, featuring a high degree of functional integrity. The experimental results indicate that the designed controller meets the requirements of brushless electric tools and ensures that the motor starts without reverse rotation, makes closed-loop acceleration time less than 100 ms. Additionally, it operates smoothly at medium speeds and maintains stable performance when delivering full 800W power at high speeds.
