摘要: 针对传统检测仪表功能单一、人机交互体验差等缺点,提出了一种智能检测仪表的设计方法,该仪表支持56路信号同步采集,采样通道数量比传统仪表多20倍以上,配备10.1寸电容触摸显示屏,通过Qt软件设计各种图形界面,用户可以通过触控按键切换显示方式,既可以实时显示采集的数据数值,也可以将采集数据转化为直观的告警信息,仪表还支持通过以太网将数据上传至服务器端,避免了人工记录数据的繁琐操作,同时为仪表的迭代升级预留了足够的空间。为了使智能仪表适应工业现场复杂的电磁环境,对电磁兼容设计进行了理论分析,论证了金属屏蔽材料对电磁波具有良好屏蔽效果,提出了采用屏蔽、滤波、接地三项有效措施解决电磁兼容问题。

Abstract:  Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional detection instrument such as single function and poor human-computer interaction experience, a design method of intelligent detection instrument is proposed, which supports 56 channels of synchronous signal acquisition, and the number of sampling channels is more than 20 times more than that of the traditional instrument, and is equipped with 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen, and various graphical interfaces are designed by Qt software, so that the user can switch the display mode by touching the keys, and it can not only display the value of the collected data in real time, but also convert the collected data into intuitive alarm messages. Users can switch the display mode by touching the buttons, which can not only display the collected data values in real time, but also transform the collected data into intuitive alarm information. The instrument also supports uploading the data to the server via Ethernet, which avoids the cumbersome operation of recording the data manually, and at the same time, reserves enough space for the iterative upgrading of the instrument. In order to adapt the intelligent instrument to the complex electromagnetic environment in the industrial field, the electromagnetic compatibility design is theoretically analyzed, it is demonstrated that the metal shielding material has a good shielding effect on the electromagnetic wave, and it is proposed to adopt shielding, filtering, and grounding three effective measures to solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem.
