摘要: 通过两个开关管不对称交替导通来实现自振荡方波输出,以及两个整流二极管进行整流来实现较大功率输出目的,通过增加负载电阻来增强隔离输出电压稳定性。该线路结构简单,不需要额外的PWM主控电路及光耦反馈,就能够实现隔离电压产生及功率输出。其次,采用混合集成电路厚膜工艺,改变变压器的设计装配与走线间采用介质隔离,最终实现高隔离耐压的要求,该线路结构可应用于不同厚膜电源变换电路。

Abstract: The self-oscillating square wave output achieved through the asymmetric alternating conduction of two switching transistors, along with rectification by two rectifier diodes to accomplish higher power output. The stability of the isolated output voltage is enhanced by increasing the load resistance. The circuit features a simple structure, requiring no additional PWM control circuit or optocoupler feedback, yet it enables both isolated voltage generation and power output. Furthermore, by adopting hybrid integrated circuit thick-film technology and modifying the transformer design and assembly—using dielectric isolation between traces—the circuit meets the requirements for high isolation voltage resistance. This circuit structure is versatile and can be applied to various thick-film power conversion circuits.
