摘要: 量子信息技术经过几十年的理论研究、科研探索,当前已进入向工程研究的重要转变时期,已成为大国博弈的科技战略制高点。本文综述了量子计算、量子安全通信和量子精密测量等量子信息技术以及其核心芯片等关键技术的最新进展和发展趋势。在量子计算领域包含超导量子计算与系列芯片、光量子计算与系列芯片、拓扑架构量子计算与芯片、离子阱量子计算与系列芯片、自旋量子计算与系列芯片的最新进展和发展趋势。在量子安全通信领域包含后量子密码学芯片与算法、量子密钥分发芯片与应用的最新进展和发展趋势。量子精密探测领域包含单光子探测、量子雷达、原子钟、金刚石中的氮空位传感器、量子重力仪和里德堡原子传感等的芯片、模块与系统的最新进展和发展趋势。展望了量子信息技术和未来产业发展的重要关注点。

Abstract: After decades of theoretical research and scientific exploration, quantum information technology has now entered a crucial period of transformation towards engineering research and has become a strategic high ground in the technological competition among major powers. This article reviews the latest progress and development trends of quantum information technologies such as quantum computing, quantum secure communication, and quantum precision measurement, as well as their core chips and other key technologies. In the field of quantum computing, it includes the latest progress and development trends of superconducting quantum computing and series of chips, photonic quantum computing and series of chips, topological architecture quantum computing and chips, trapped ion quantum computing and series of chips, and spin quantum computing and series of chips. In the field of quantum secure communication, it includes the latest progress and development trends of post-quantum cryptography chips and algorithms, and quantum key distribution chips and applications. In the field of quantum precision detection, it includes the latest progress and development trends of single-photon detection, quantum radar, atomic clocks, nitrogen-vacancy sensors in diamonds, quantum gravimeters, and Rydberg atom sensors, as well as their chips, modules, and systems. Outlooked the important focuses of quantum information technology and future industry development.
