基于流频比启动和滑模观测器的永磁同步电机控制策略

Control Strategy for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Slip Frequency Ratio Start and Sliding Mode Observer

摘要: 滑模观测器固有的抖振特性导致角度和转速的观测存在一定误差,并且在零速和低速时无法有效收敛。为进一步优化观测器性能并实现静止启动,本文采用正弦饱和函数代替符号函数,在过零点处减小了抖振;引入锁相环观测转速,代替微分运算,提高了观测精度;在启动阶段采用流频比启动,并设计了一种新的闭环切换方式,仅需要对角度进行处理,降低了切换过程的复杂度。基于AIP32F7532搭建了永磁同步电机实验平台,实验结果表明,改进后的控制策略在中高速下转速误差降低60%,角度误差降低56%;在带载工况下启动可靠,切换过程平滑稳定。

Abstract: The inherent chattering characteristics of sliding mode observer leads to certain errors in the observation of angle and speed, and the observer cannot converge effectively at zero and low speeds. To further optimize the performance of the observer and achieve stationary startup, this thesis replaces the sign function with a sine saturation function, reducing chattering ar zero crossings; and introduces a phase-locked loop replacing differential operations to observe speed, improving observation accuracy; during the starting period, a new closed-loop switching method was designed using a slip frequency ratio strategy, only the angle needs to be processed, reducing the complexity of the switching process. Based on the AIP32F7532, this thesis builds an experimental platform for permanent magnet synchronous motors. Experimental results show that the improved control strategy reduces speed error by 60% and angle error by 56% at medium and high speeds; it starts reliably under loaded conditions, and the switching process is smooth and stable.
