电源输入端交流浪涌电流抑制电路的设计技术研究

摘要: 针对在交流模块电源电路设计中,提出一种适用于精准控制交流输入浪涌电流大小的线路方案,能有效的解决由于输入滤波电容容量较大,造成交流模块电源启动瞬间输入端形成数倍至数十倍的浪涌电流;设计巧妙利用MOS管的导通阻抗,有效的解决了交流输入浪涌电流过大的问题,对交流模块电源的浪涌电流抑制起到了有效的作用,为交流模块电源的工程应用设计提供了可靠的保证,有效的保护了前端整流器以及保险装置,提高了产品的寿命。

Abstract: In the design of AC module power supply circuit, a circuit scheme suitable for precise control of AC input inrush current is proposed. This scheme effectively addresses the issue where, due to the large capacitance of the input filter capacitor, an inrush current several to tens of times the normal operating current is generated at the input during startup of the AC module power supply. In this design, the conduction impedance of MOS transistor is ingeniously utilized to solve the problem that the AC input surge current is too large, it plays an effective role in restraining the surge current of AC module power supply, provides reliable guarantee for the design of AC module power supply, effectively protects the front-end rectifier and the safety device, and extends product lifespan.
