军工电子实施MES的制约要素与解决策略

Constraints and Resolution Strategy of Implementation of MES in Military Electronic Industry

摘要: 针对国内军工电子行业的生产和信息化管理现状,分析了当前国内军工电子行业的生产管理特点并提炼了军工电子生产执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)实施的制约要素。结合南京电子器件研究所MES项目的实施经验,提出了解决策略,并展示了MES项目在南京电子器件研究所的实施效果,生产过程记录工作量减少51%,数据录入时间缩短59.8%,记录损失减少76.0%,前置等待时间缩短10.3%,生产周期缩短30.3%;关联数据查询时间缩短95%,相关性分析效率提升大于80.9%;报表管理效率提高300%以上。

Abstract: Base on the status of production management and information management in domestic military manufacturing enterprises, their features of production management were analyzed and the constrain of implementation of Manufacturing execution system were summarized; Effective solutions were summed up from the implementation experience of MES project in Nanjing Electronic Devices Institute. The application result of MES in Nanjing Electronic Devices Institute were showed. Production process recording workload reduced by 51%. The data entry time were shortened by 59.8%. The loss of data were reduced by 76.0%. The queuing time were reduced by 10.3%.The production cycle were reduced by 30.3%.The time spending on querying correlation data were reduced by 95%.The analyzing?efficiency of correlation data were reduced by 80.9%. The management efficiency of report forms were increased by 300% at least.
