摘要/Abstract

摘要： 印制电路基板（PCB）是各种电子产品的主要部件，其性能在很大程度上影响电子产品的质量。简要介绍了PCB的分类和未来需求，着重介绍了国内外PCB的研究情况、趋势及国内外的差异，对国内外在PCB层间互联、板内互联、互联印制板制造工艺、互联印制板新材料的开发、互联印制板的新型应用领域开发等方面进行了分析和比较。目前国内印制板技术无论在研究主体和技术开发程度上均与国外有一定差距，最后根据“中国印制电路产业转型升级规划方案”对国内PCB技术的发展提出预测。

Abstract: Printed Circuit Board（PCB）is an essential part of electronics，the properties of which greatly influence reliability.The paper briefly summarizes the category and requirement of military equipment of PCB.The current situations of global and domestic PCB research condition and trend have been discussed. The forecast of PCB technology in China has been introduced.
