摘要: 独立整体屏蔽腔体的AFU设计、集成式屏蔽腔体的AFU技术以及塑料金属化辐射单元技术可以用来实现基站天线的小型化、轻量化及一体化,满足5G技术需要。其原理是通过天线与滤波器的一体化设计,去除常规5G天线中滤波器与天线之间相连的盲插接头组件,性能更加可靠,同时简化了天线布局,成本更低,且据实际测量数据可知,尺寸轻10%以上,重量轻20%以上,模块生产时间可下降70%,大幅降低了制造工艺成本。

Abstract: The AFU design of the independent integral shielding cavity, the AFU technology of the integrated shielding cavity and the technology of the plastic metallized radiation unit can be used to realize the miniaturization, the lightweight and the integration of the base station antenna to meet the needs of 5G technology. The principle is that through the integrated design of the antenna and the filter, the blind plug component connected between the filter and the antenna in the conventional 5G antenna is removed, the performance is more reliable, and the antenna layout is simplified and the cost is lower. And according to the actual measured data, the size of is more than 10%, the weight is more than 20% lighter, module production time can be reduced by 70%, which can greatly reduce the cost of manufacturing process.
