Motor Temperature Acquisition Device Based on CKS32 Series MCU and LoRa

摘要: 针对目前电机温度监测存在的不足,提出了1种基于CKS32系列MCU和LoRa的电机温度无线采集装置。装置采用的LoRa数据无线传输方式能有效解决有线传输存在的布线困难,以及ZigBee、WiFi等无线传输方式存在的通信距离短、功耗高和通信成本高等问题。为了得到精确的温度值,软件采用最小二乘分段线性拟合方法进行计算,仿真结果表明该方法的最大误差温度仅为0.18 ℃。装置的实际测试结果显示软件测温方法占用内存小、计算速度快、测温精准。同时,装置的最远通信距离能达到2.5 km,电池工作寿命能达到784 d,具有通信距离远、功耗低等优点,有较好的应用价值。

Abstract: A wireless motor temperature acquisition device based on CKS32 series MCU and LoRa is proposed to address the shortcomings of current motor temperature monitoring. The LoRa wireless data transmission method adopted by the device can effectively solve the wiring difficulties of wired transmission, as well as the problems of short communication distance, high power consumption, and high communication costs of wireless transmission methods such as ZigBee and WiFi. In order to obtain accurate temperature values, the software uses the least squares piecewise linear fitting method for calculation, and the simulation results show that the maximum error temperature of this method is only 0.18 ℃. The actual test results of the device show that the software temperature measurement method has small memory usage, fast calculation speed, and accurate temperature measurement. At the same time, the maximum communication distance of the device can reach 2.5 km, and the working life of the battery can reach 784 d, which has the advantages of long communication distance and low power consumption, and has good application value.
