摘要: 针对供配电测试设备对开关电源母线电压、电流的隔离采样,提出了一种隔离型母线电压和电流采集电路的设计方案。基于硬件电路,分析了隔离式放大器NSI1311-Q1的工作原理,通过增加差分运放电路实现了数据的放大及单端模拟输出,继而设计了合理的隔离型采集电路并进行了相关公式推导。实验结果表明,该隔离采集电路的采样精度满足供配电测试设备对隔离数据的采集需求,且抗干扰性强,具有较强的工程实用价值。

Abstract: Aiming at the isolated sampling of switching power supply bus voltage and current by supply and distribution test equipment, a design scheme of isolated bus voltage and current acquisition circuit is proposed. Based on the hardware circuit, the working principle of the isolation amplifier NSI1311-Q1 is analyzed, and the amplification of data and single-end analog output are realized by adding differential operational amplifier circuits, providing a reasonable isolation-type acquisition circuit and a derivation of relevant formulas. Experimental results show that the sampling accuracy of the isolated acquisition circuit meets the demand of power supply and distribution test equipment for isolated data acquisition, and it has strong anti-interference with strong engineering practical value.
