摘要: 固态功放组件在导航、雷达、干扰等领域的应用日趋广泛,其性能优劣直接决定了系统整体技术指标。文章设计了一款L波段连续波400 W固态功放组件,重点攻克了功放组件宽带高效率链路设计、高效散热设计以及L波段低损耗大功率合成设计等关键问题。研究结果表明,该组件各项性能完全满足系统使用要求,对L波段大功率固态功放组件的工程设计具有重要的理论指导与参考价值。

Abstract: Solid-state power amplifier modules have been widely adopted in navigation, radar, and jamming domains, whose performance directly determines the overall specifications of the entire system. This paper presents the design of an L-band continuous-wave 400W solid-state power amplifier module, with key focusing on addressing critical design challenges: broadband high-efficiency circuit topology, high-efficiency heat dissipation design, and low-loss high-power combining design for L-band modules. The experimental results verify that the developed module fully satisfies the system requirements, which can provide valuable theoretical guidance for the development of high-power L-band solid-state power amplifier modules.
