W波段16路波导功率合成器结构设计与仿真

摘要: 设计了一种W波段波导空间混合结构的16路功率合成器,该功率合成器结合了波导径向功率合成结构和波导二进制合成结构的优点,将16路分波导端口等分在2个对称放置的8路径向合成结构中。2个8路径向结构通过波导-双同轴探针功分器合为一路,每个8路径向结构中,同轴与分波导端口之间通过锥形台渐变结构,实现了波导与同轴之间的阻抗匹配。仿真显示,该设计在88~102 GHz范围内,整体结构插损小于0.5 dB,回波损耗优于16 dB。该功率合成器合成效率高、损耗低、结构紧凑。

Abstract: A 16-channel power combiner with W-band spatial hybrid waveguide structure is designed, which combines the advantages of waveguide radial power combiner and waveguide binary combiner, the 16-channel diverter waveguide ports are divided into two 8-channel radial composite structures which are placed symmetrically, two 8-channel radial structures are combined into a single path through a double coaxial probe power splitter, and each 8-channel radial structure, the impedance matching between the coaxial waveguide and the splitter waveguide is realized by means of trapezoidal tapered structure. The simulation results show that the total structure insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB and the return loss is better than 16 dB in the range of 88-102 GHz. The utility model has the advantages of high synthesis efficiency, low loss and compact structure.
