摘要: 基于高压LDMOS工艺,设计了一款ARINC429总线驱动器。电路在±12~±15 V双电源电压下工作,能够接收CMOS/TTL逻辑输入信号,产生一对差分输出驱动电平。同时,输出上升和下降时间斜率可调,能同时适应高速或低速ARINC429总线。电路采用0.18 m HV LDMOS工艺流片,测试结果表明,数据传输稳定可靠且各项电参数均满足总线规范。

Abstract: An ARINC429 line driver is designed based on HV LDMOS technology. It operates with double voltage supply range from ±12 V to ±15 V. It receives CMOS/TTL logic input signals and generates a pair of differential driven outputs. Besides, the outputs rise and fall time can be adjusted to accommodate high or low speed ARINC429 line. It is realized in 0.18 ?m HV LDMOS technology, and test results show that the data transmission is stable and reliable, and the electric parameters meet well with the bus specification.
