摘要: Flash型现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)是一种新型非易失性可编程电路,其内核配置单元是Flash单元,配置过程中不需要从外部配置存储器中加载配置数据。为了研究Flash型FPGA的配置方法,设计了应用于30万门Flash型FPGA的配置电路,通过设计研究整体配置电路架构、配置单元模块和控制模块等。对整体电路擦除、编程和校验等操作流程进行验证并对整体功能进行仿真验证,整体电路配置流程和整体综合功能满足设计要求,为后期研究更大系统门规模的Flash型FPGA配置电路奠定了基础。

Abstract: Flash field programmable gate array (FPGA) is a type of novel nonvolatile programmable circuit. Its core configurable unit is Flash CELL, there is no need to load configuration data form external memory in the configuring process. In order to study the Flash FPGA configure method, configure circuit for Flash FPGA of 300000 system gates is designed, configuration unit module and function module are studied through design. Erase, program, verify operational processes and top-level functions are simulated and verified. The results met the design requirements, laying a foundation for the design of larger Flash FPGA configure circuit in the future.
