摘要: 本文提出了一种基于DSP固件升级的改进方法。针对传统串口升级方法依赖上位机,存在效率低下和开发复杂的问题,采用二级BOOT引导程序架构,通过Ymodem协议栈程序嵌入于二级BOOT引导程序中,实现应用程序升级异常时的可靠恢复,通过FLASH分区管理预留备份应用程序,保障设备运行可靠性。并且通过Ymodem协议优化固件升级流程,显著提升数据传输效率与稳定性。此外,进一步基于SecureCRT工具开发自动化升级脚本,支持一键自动升级,大幅提高生产效率。实验表明,本方案在升级效率、稳定性和设备运行可靠性方面均优于传统方法,为DSP嵌入式系统提供了高效的固件升级解决方案。

Abstract: This paper proposes an improved DSP firmware upgrade method. Addressing the limitations of traditional serial port upgrade approaches that rely on host computers, such as low efficiency and complex development, we adopt a two-level BOOT loader architecture. By embedding the Ymodem protocol stack code into the secondary BOOT loader, reliable recovery during application upgrade exceptions is achieved. FLASH partition management is implemented to reserve backup applications, ensuring operational reliability of devices. Furthermore, the firmware upgrade process is optimized through Ymodem protocol enhancements, significantly improving data transmission efficiency and stability. Additionally, automated upgrade scripts developed using SecureCRT tools enable one-click automatic upgrades, substantially boosting production efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate that our solution outperforms traditional methods in terms of upgrade efficiency, stability, and operational reliability, providing an efficient firmware upgrade framework for DSP embedded systems.
