Abstract: With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology,DSP is widely used in video and communications fields,including 3G cellular and broadband wireless base stations,and defense and military equipment.In order to screen out the qualified chip,its testing technology has been paid attention to and studied.We briefly introduced the important part of DSP and proposed a DSP test method based on application mode.Research on the use of test machine instead of test board of real equipment is a new test method.We use test machine enter the corresponding program to the DSP circuit instead of Flash.We transplant the function from real equipment to the test machine.At the same time,we can achieve some simple DC parameters test in the test machine.Through the interpretation of the code instructions,we can fully grasp program loading process of TMS320C6000 circuit.TMS320C6000 circuittestcode can be positive developed.
