基于功分的大功率微波限幅放大模块设计

摘要: 限幅放大模块是微波系统中的常用模块。随着微波技术的发展和微波系统发射功率的提高,系统对限幅放大模块的可承受功率提出了越来越高的要求。在单个限幅器可承受的最大功率达不到系统指标要求时,采取功分的方式,将输入的大功率信号功分到多个限幅器上,从而达到系统指标的要求。采用该方式研制出多款限幅放大模块,其中包括C波段500 W限幅放大模块、Ku波段100 W限幅放大模块和Ka波段16 W限幅放大模块等,分别应用在多个微波收发系统中。

Abstract: Limiting amplifier module is a common module in microwave system. With the development of microwave technology and the improvement of the transmitting power of microwave system, the system puts forward higher and higher requirements for the bearable power of the limiting amplifier module. When the maximum power that a single limiter can bear fails to meet the requirements of the system demands, the input high power signal is divided into several limiters by the way of power division, so as to meet the requirements of the system demands. In this way, we have developed a number of limiting amplifier modules, including C-Band 500 W limiting amplifier module, Ku-Band 100 W limiting amplifier module and Ka-Band 16 W limiting amplifier module, which were respectively applied in multiple microwave transceiver systems.
