一种无运放输出可调的带隙基准电压源设计

摘要: 设计了一种输出可调的带隙基准电压源。该电路结构简单,无运放结构,避免了运放失调电压对基准电压源精度的影响。调整电阻即可调整带隙基准的输出电压。该设计基于TSMC 0.18μm BCD工艺,采用Spectre进行仿真。仿真结果显示,在电源电压2~6 V、温度-55~125℃的范围内,可产生输出可调的带隙基准电压,最大功耗为57μW。

Abstract: A new bandgap voltage reference with adjustable output is designed. A simple circuit structure without op-amp is adopted, avoiding the effect of offset voltage on the accuracy. And,the bandgap output voltage can be adjusted by trimming the resistors. The design is based on TSMC 0.18 μm BCD process and Spectre environment to simulate. Simulation results show that with an input voltage range of 2V to 6V and the temperature range of -55℃ to 125℃, the bandgap reference has an adjustable output voltage. And the power consumption is less than 57 μW.
