Abstract: Integrated circuit testing is one of the most important means for reliable test.However，with the demand of products expansion and equipment update，it is necessary replace old equipment and to introduce the new.How to ensure the repeatability，consistency and correlation of the test equipment is of great concern for customers.In the paper，a method combining replacement test and product test is introduced to ensure consistency.The test results before and after equipment replacement are used to verify whether the new equipment meets requirement
