Abstract: It is one of the important quality control methods to strength the data analysis and discrimination of key test parameters and to strictly control the consistency of key parameters in batches and among bathes in the screening and assessment test of aerospace class integrated circuit. Minitab software can be used to analyze the stability and data distribution of test data in the process of aerospace class integrated circuit screening, and evaluate the capability of test process. Through the analysis of the process capability of the data of navigation level test, the evaluation of the development quality of the test program is of great significance for the continuous improvement of the quality of the quality of aerospace class integrated circuit, providing guidance for the specific implementation of military standard system such as GJB3014.
