摘要: 提出了一种以场效应管(MOS管)进行动态调压加热型电路,旨在优化氧浓度检测装置的设计性能。文中详细介绍了氧化锆传感器的测量原理,并以32位微控制单元(MCU)为主控核心进行了测试装置的开发。创新设计了动态调压加热电路,并建立了主控软件控制流程。在实现加热稳定和准确性方面,利用模型预测和比例积分微分(PID)控制算法取得了显著的进展。最后,根据设计,制作了实物,并进行了标定和实验验证。经过标定后,该检测装置显示出较高的氧浓度检测精度。

Abstract: In this paper, a MOS dynamic voltage regulation heating circuit was proposed to optimize the design performance of the oxygen concentration detection device. In this paper, the measurement principle of the zirconia sensor is described in detail, and the test device is developed with a 32-bit MCU as the main control core. The MOS dynamic voltage regulation heating circuit was innovatively designed, and the main control software control process was established. Significant progress has been made in achieving heating stability and accuracy using model prediction and PID control algorithms. Finally, according to the design, the actual product was made, and the calibration and experimental verification were carried out. After calibration, the detection device shows a high accuracy for detecting oxygen concentrations.
