一种宽带毫米波SIW磁电偶极子滤波天线

摘要: 针对毫米波滤波天线工作带宽窄、带外抑制不足,以及结构复杂、加工难度大等问题,提出了一种宽带毫米波基片集成波导(SIW)磁电偶极子滤波天线。天线采用加载开路带状线的F形探针激励的磁电偶极子作为辐射体,通过开路枝节的等效电容抵消长探针的等效电感,拓宽阻抗带宽。天线主要通过激发方形SIW腔体的多模谐振滤波,提高频率选择性。仿真结果表明,该天线中心频率为31.32 GHz,在0.59λ0 × 0.59λ0 × 0.27λ0的尺寸下实现了31.2%的相对带宽,带内平均增益达6.4 dBi且平坦,上阻带和下阻带的带外抑制水平分别为27.4 dB和18.4 dB。所提出天线在保证高选择性和宽带性能的同时具备易于组成阵列的特点,为毫米波射频前端小型化、集成化提供了新的技术路径。

Abstract: A broadband millimeter-wave substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) magnetoelectric dipole filtering antenna is proposed to address the issues of narrow operating bandwidth, insufficient out-of-band suppression, complex structure, and difficult processing of millimeter-wave filtering antennas. The antenna uses a magnetic electric dipole excited by an F-shaped probe loaded with an open circuit strip line as the radiation source. The equivalent capacitance of the open circuit branch is used to offset the equivalent inductance of the magnetic electric dipole, thereby widening the impedance bandwidth. The antenna mainly improves frequency selectivity by exciting the multi-mode resonant filtering of the square SIW cavity. The simulation results show that the center frequency of the antenna is 31.32 GHz, achieving a relative bandwidth of 31.2% in the size of 0.59λ0 × 0.59λ0 × 0.27λ0. The average gain in the band is 6.4 dBi and flat, and the out-of-band suppression levels of the upper and lower stopbands are 27.4 dB and 18.4 dB, respectively. The proposed antenna has the characteristics of easy array formation while ensuring high selectivity and broadband performance, providing a new technical path for miniaturization and integration of millimeter-wave RF front-end.
