L波段1200W固态功率放大器的设计*

摘要: 基于L波段750 W的LDMOS功放管,设计了一种1200 W固态功率放大器,该放大器由功率放大电路、水冷板、稳压电源、控保电路等部分组成,支持连续波和脉冲两种工作方式。通过对放大电路的设计,采用三级级联放大,制作了固态功率源实物样机并进行了测试。测试结果表明,固态功率放大器工作频率为1.3 GHz,带宽±5 MHz,最大输出功率能够达到1300 W,具有体积小、成本低、输出功率稳定、相噪低、谐波抑制度高等优点,能应用于加速器、微波加热、物联网、移动通信等领域。

Abstract: Based on the L-band 750 W LDMOS power amplifier, a 1200 W solid state power amplifier is realized. The amplifier is composed of power amplifier circuit, water cooling plate, stabilized power supply, control and protection circuit, supporting two working modes of continuous wave and pulse. Through the design of the amplifier circuit, the solid-state power amplifier prototype was made and tested by using three-stage cascade amplification. The test results show that the solid-state power amplifier operating frequency is 1.3 GHz, bandwidth ±5 MHz, the maximum output power can reach 1300 W, has the advantages of small volume, inexpensive, stable output power, low phase noise, high harmonic suppression. It can be used in accelerator, microwave heating, Internet of things, mobile communication, and other fields.
