8路宽带扩展同轴功分器

摘要: 利用同轴传输主模TEM的轴向对称性特点,根据扩展同轴功分器的设计原理,设计并研制了一款8路宽带同轴扩展功分器。利用高频电磁场仿真软件HFSS对电路进行了优化仿真,加工制备了功率合成系统电路实物,并对其进行了测试。仿真结果显示,在6~18 GHz的频带范围内,这种扩展同轴功分器的插入损耗小于0.65 dB,反射损耗小于-9 dB。验证了扩展同轴结构具有极宽的带宽、低差损、输出端口幅相一致性高的特点,在功率合成领域拥有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: In terms of the axial symmetry of dominant mode TEM in the coaxial waveguide,a 8-way wideband oversized coaxial power divider is designed and fabricated,based on the design principle in this paper.High frequency structure simulator HFSS is used in the circuit simulation and optimization,and the power divider is fabricated and measured.The simulated results show its insertion loss is better than 0.65 dB and the return loss is below-9 dB.It proves that the oversized coaxial structure has can be widely used in the power synthesis field,featuring wide bandwidth,low insertion loss,good balance of amplitude and phase at output ports.
