摘要: 针对单模拟/数字转换器(Analog-to-Digital Converter, ADC)电流采样存在采样时间窗不足所导致的相电流波形抖动问题,在金属半导体晶体管(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor, MOSFET)内阻采样方式下,提出了一种相电流重构的方法。在分析MOSFET内阻采样原理和ADC采样最小时间窗的基础上,给出了采样限制条件。根据采样最小时间窗对采样方式进行分类,对采样时间不足的情况进行相电流预估,在完全采集不到电流时,进行相电流重构替换。该算法选用32位M0内核微处理器(Microcontroller Unit, MCU)作为载体,对比分析重构前后的相电流,得出该算法的有效性,解决了采样时间窗不足时的相电流波形抖动问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of phase current fluctuation caused by insufficient sampling time window in single analog-to-digital converter (ADC) current sampling, a phase current reconstruction method was proposed under the internal resistance sampling mode of metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET). On the basis of analyzing the sampling principle of internal resistance of MOSFET and the minimum time window required for ADC sampling, the sampling restriction conditions were given. The sampling methods were classified according to the minimum sampling time window. When the sampling time was insufficient, the phase current was estimated. When the current was not collected at all, the phase current was reconstructed and replaced. In this algorithm, 32-bit M0 kernel microcontroller unit(MCU)was used as the carrier, and the current before and after reconstruction was compared and analyzed. The effectiveness of the algorithm was obtained, which solved the problem of phase current fluctuation that the phase current couldn’t be collected when the sampling window time was not enough.
