摘要: 提出一种基于脉冲宽度调制(PWM)的高精度可调电流输出驱动电路。该电路由微控制单元(MCU)提供不同占空比的PWM信号,实现电流可调功能,通过由三极管构成的推挽电路与运算放大器构成的负反馈电路共同实现高精度电压-电流转换功能。测试结果表明,在环境温度为-55~125 ℃、负载为10 Ω的条件下,该电路具有-50~50 mA驱动能力,输出精度为±0.3%。

Abstract: A high-precision adjustable current output driving circuit based on pulse width modulation (PWM) is proposed. The circuit receives PWM signals with varying duty cycles from the microcontroller unit (MCU) to achieve the function of adjustable current. The function of high-precision voltage-current conversion is realized by a push-pull circuit composed of transistors and a negative feedback circuit composed of an operational amplifier. The measured data show that the circuit has the current driving ability of –50~50 mA and the output precision of ±0.3% at a load of 10 Ω and an ambient temperature of -55~125 ℃.
