在光电池封装中填充光学胶对输出电压的影响

摘要: 半导体器件向着集成化、小型化、国产化的方向发展,设计难度越来越高。固体继电器中的隔离电路常需要使用光隔离电路,其中主要使用了既能起到隔离作用又能为输出的开关器件提供驱动电压的光电池器件。固体继电器要求光电池的输入电流尽可能小,传统光电池在较小输入电流下输出电压能力不足,输出电压一般不大于5V,造成其他开关器件不能正常工作。为了改善光电池器件输出电压的能力,重新优化结构设计,在光电池器件内部填充了光学胶,并经过反复设计使得光电池的输出电压超过了6 V,满足开关器件的使用要求。

Abstract: The semiconductor device is developing towards the direction of integration, miniaturization and localization, which makes the design more and more difficult. The optical isolation circuit is often used in the isolation circuit of solid-state relay, in which the main use can play the role of isolation and the output of the switching devices to provide driving voltage of photocell devices. The solid-state relay requires the input current of the photocell to be smaller and smaller. The output voltage of the traditional photocell is less than 5 V. In order to improve the output voltage of the photocell device and re-optimize the structure design, the photocell device is filled with optical adhesive, and the output voltage of the photocell is over 6 V after repeated design, meet the requirements of switching devices.
